We collect information you provide, such as your Google account email address, when you authenticate via OAuth with scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send (to send rental inquiries).
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events (to schedule viewings).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use Google APIs to:

• Send user-approved emails to rental agents via gmail.send.
• Create calendar invites for property viewings via calendar.events.

Data is processed securely, stored encrypted (AES-256) for 24 hours, then deleted. We comply with Google’s Limited Use policy, using data only for rental purposes.

3. Data Security

Your Google access token is stored server-side, encrypted with AES-256, and accessed via HTTPS endpoints. Sensitive keys are protected in environment variables.

4. Third-Party Services

We use:

• RentCast API for rental listings (privacy policy).
• Coinbase API for USDC payments to escrow (privacy policy).
• Groqcloud for prompt parsing and email drafting (privacy policy).

Their policies apply.

Revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Request data access or deletion by emailing patrickbdevaney@gmail.com.
