Welcome to our Rental AI Assistant at rentybots.app. By using our service, you ("User") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Use of Service

Our service allows you to search rentals, send emails to agents, create calendar invites, and deposit USDC for escrow. The service entails:

• Providing accurate information in search prompts to find your desired listing.
• Reviewing and approving all AI-generated emails and invites for accuracy.
• Connecting a valid Coinbase wallet for payments, if applicable.

2. Google OAuth

You authorize us to access your Google account via the scopes https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events to send emails and create invites. You can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring AI-generated content (emails, invites) accurately represents your intent and revising as needed.
• Complying with rental agent terms and escrow agreements.
• Not using the service for spam or unauthorized actions.

4. Limitation of Liability

5. Third-Party Services

We use RentCast (terms), Coinbase (terms), and Groqcloud (terms). By using our service, you agree to their respective terms.
